Fleet

The pool operating company Ugland Bulk Transport AS (UBulk Pool), operates a fleet of modern supramax/ultramax dry cargo vessels, in sizes between
58 000 and 63 000 dwt.

Ugland Construction AS is in charge of the commercial operation of a fleet of flat top barges in sizes between
10 000 and 17 000 dwt, whereof one semi-submersible, and the self-propelled heavy lift crane vessel UGLEN, with a lifting capacity of 800 tonnes.

Ugland Offshore AS, part of The J.J. Ugland Companies’ fully integrated group of shipping companies, is in charge of the commercial and technical management of the PSV Juanita, delivered in 2014, and the commercial management of the PSV Evita II, delivered in 2012.

Ugland's Canadian Ship Management activities are via Canship Ugland Ltd. (CUL). CUL was established during the 1990s to service Ugland owned shuttletanker activities on the Canadian east coast. The company has evolved with the times, managing several different types of vessels, none presently owned by Ugland.
