Nymo enters in partnership with Fishglobe Technologies for production of closed fish farming systems.
Nymo and Fishglobe Technologies have entered into a strategic partnership for the industrialized production of closed fish farming systems, known as “Globes.”
Fishglobe’s technology provides improved fish welfare, controlled environmental management, and reduced external impact solutions gaining increased attention both nationally and internationally.
Nymo has extensive experience with advanced industrial projects and operates modern production facilities in Grimstad and Eydehavn. Nymo is also a co-owner of Fishglobe Technologies’ parent company (Havbrukskompaniet AS), underscoring its confidence in closed solutions as the future of aquaculture.
As part of this partnership, Nymo becomes the exclusive fabrication partner for series production of Globes and is now establishing capacity for large-scale deliveries at Eydehavn in Arendal. This initiative is part of Nymo’s strategy for diversification and transition into new markets.
