During the traditional Christmas Lunch held on 22 December last year three loyal employees received their well-deserved awards for long and faithful service.
Norges Vels Medal for Long and Faithful Service
was awarded to Senior Accounting Manager Henning Christensen. The Medal for Long and Faithful Service was established by The Royal Norwegian Society for Development in 1888. The main criterion for the award is that the employees have been loyal to the same employer for at least 30 years. Impeccable behavior during their entire service is another criterion.
Company Gold Watch
was awarded to Fleet Manager Sven Moe and Farm/Property Manager Arnstein Øyslebø. The Company Gold Watch is awarded to employees that have loyally served various Ugland companies over a period of 25 years.
Knut N. T. Ugland (the owner) delivered the celebration speech thanking the awardees for their efforts during their entire employment.
