Ugland's Canadian Ship Management activities are via Canship Ugland Ltd. (CUL). CUL was established during the 1990s to service Ugland-owned shuttletanker activities on the Canadian east coast. The company has evolved with the times, managing several different types of vessels, none presently owned by Ugland.
